Jeinner, who was born in the community of El Nogal, Jaen, began working with the Sol&Cafe cooperative in 2008 and is currently one of their certified Q Graders. He has also been a member since 2010 and is part of Sol&Cafe's El Ingenio producer association, which is located approximately two hours from the city of Jaen.

He is an excellent producer who has been very attentive to the quality of his coffee. His lots consistently cup as some of the highest quality in the cooperative. He also regularly tweaks his process to achieve different quality profiles and experiments with various fermentation methods and coffee varieties.
